JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN APPOINTMENT SETTER

The ideal candidates are looking to unlock their earning potential, set their own schedule, and book customers interested in learning if they qualify to receive tax incentives for installing solar, and reduce their electric payments! All you do is book a time for solar specialists to come out to assess homes.

Our solar specialists take care of the rest.

Job Overview : Solar Appointment Setter are responsible for engaging leads provided, and booking appointments for a Solar Specialist to visit the home and assess if the home qualifies to install solar.

Solar Appointment Bookers are stationed in person at partnering Home Depots across the Portland, Troutdale, and Beaverton Areas as part of Home Depots’ Solar Program.

Key Responsibilities :

We provide the leads, you book them! No prior knowledge needed

Once you book an assessment, we send out our Solar Specialists to see if their home qualifies!

Utilize lead tracking process

Establish relationships with potential customers, coworkers, and employees Be a trusted personality and face for the solar program

Skills : Friendly, Diligent, Ambitious, Confident, Problem Solver, Positive Attitude, Resilient, and Optimistic.

Enjoys talking with people. Enjoys helping people.

Enjoys making your own schedule (and shows up to the schedule you commit to on time or early). Have a confident, yet patient approach to dealing with potential clients

Self-motivated and not deterred by No’. Enjoys unlimited earning potential.

Attend occasional training meetings

Ability to work independently with limited direction from others. Willing and able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day.

Willingness to be coached and mentored by Regional Team

Qualifications :

No previous experience required

Commission :

Commission is paid out on install. This can take up to 45 days for an install to happen, from the time of booking.
