OBJECTIVE
The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers on a routine basis in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
Maintenance of merchandise as well as the knowledge of products and locations is key in optimizing the shopping experience of the customer.

- Engage with customers by greeting, acknowledging, and offering product recommendations based on strong product and property knowledge
- Communicate with team members based on customer inquiries in order to provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with the movement of inventory through restocking, floor moves, and display maintenance
- Perform other general maintenance tasks including housekeeping and product maintenance
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures when pricing merchandise
- Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Work or personal experience in the retail, horticultural, or gardening fields preferred. A demonstrated ability to offer excellent customer service skills, and strong verbal communication skills
