Agronomy Manager

Gpac is currently searching for an Agronomy Manager to manage a team at a growing ag retailer in North Dakota as well as other areas . This is going to be a high-level position with tremendous advancement opportunities. Alongside having a strong operations background, some of the other main attributes they are looking for are someone who can be a coach, mentor, and manager of people, providing direction and strategic planning to meet goals.

Sales Responsibilities :

• Prior experience in seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales
• Managing staff or admin, operations, and sales teams
• Developing & managing operating budgets
• Coordinating product deliveries and scheduling chemical application schedules

Overseeing multiple locations
