The BHICP Supervisor ensure the day to day Pharmacy Operations completes all necessary workload to provide the necessary Infusion deliveries to our Home Infusion patients and services.
In this role, he / she will be responsible to participate and execute strategies to optimizes patient infusion experience, clinical outcomes, pharmacy growth and total cost of care.
Estimated salary range for this position is $124284.36 - $161569.67 / year depending on experience.

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an experienced pharmacist to supervise and operate the day to day activities and perform hands on duties of the Baptist Health Home Infusion Care Pharmacy (BHICP) team.
In this role, he / she will be responsible to ensure daily functions follow established operational goals and the strategies to optimizes patient infusion experience, clinical outcomes, pharmacy growth and total cost of care.
The BHICP supervisor will ensure that on a day to day basis the team tasked to work across a matrixed organization delivers a cohesive infusion strategy that supports BHSF and pharmacy assets.
He or she will work and collaborate with staff and leaders across BH Pharmacy enterprise as well as representing BHICP Services with external vendors and providers.
The Supervisor would need to have a solid understanding of how a Pharmacy Home Infusion Services functions, and should have experience with home infusion, specialty drugs, specialty drug management and different benefit models, drug distribution channels, and drug infusion Minimum Required Experience :
