- Practice mixture 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient medicine
- On-site intensivist services provided 24 / 7 with physician / APP coverage
- Opportunity for advanced bronchoscopy including navigational intuitive ion robotic-assisted
- Structured monthly schedule includes 20 shifts : examples include 7 daytime ICU shifts (MICU and CVICU), 5-night shifts, 8 daytime hospital shifts or mixed clinic shifts
- Opportunity to practice sleep medicine for interested candidates
- Opportunity to participate in ECMO program and advanced heart mechanical support
- Opportunity to participate in an established Cystic Fibrosis Center.
- Opportunity for clinical education through affiliation with the new TCU Medical School and GME Internal Medicine Residency
- Financial package based upon candidate’s background : starting package includes guaranteed base salary and production-based quarterly bonus
