Job Description :

Experience as a Procure toPay (P2P) work stream lead required for Aviation AirframeManufacturer level and experience as P2P Team member for SeniorConsultant K5 and K4 Consultant levels is required.

ProcuretoPay (P2P) manages the supplier facing side ofsupply chain including the identification and onboarding of newsuppliers procurement requisition and order management inboundlogistics inventory management for goods receipt invoice paymentvendor evaluation and spend analysis.

Also includes global tradeintegration.

Support Explore workshops andarticulate key value propositions in area of SME and S / 4HANAinnovations pertinent to Procurement processes.

MM IM QM and LE configuration and deployment experience

Responsibilities ofRole :

Collaborate in thedevelopment of strong value propositions for transformationalinitiatives

Apply strong knowledge of thebusiness processes for developing and testing ERP functionsassociated with business operations.

Facilitateworkshops (solution architecting requirements gathering) withbusiness managers client staff and endusers to determine businessand functional requirements

Design andconfigure ERP systems to meet client businessrequirements

Conduct knowledge transfer andtraining of endusers including sharing best practices

Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and clientpersonnel assigned to projects

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree inBusiness Computer Science Math Engineering or equivalent disciplinerequired

A minimum of ten (10) years priorprofessional consulting or equivalent business process AviationAerospace & Defense experience

S / 4HANACertification in area of SME. S / 4HANA experience at 1809 orabove.

Big 4 experience with IBM AccentureDeloitte PWC or other large CSI

Successfulcompletion of at least three full life cycle implementations ofS / 4HANA

Successful completion of the rolloutand localization of a global design is a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutuallybeneficial solutions when necessary

Expert inusing MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word Visio andProject)

Familiar with Agile methodology andits constructs

Candidatemust have experience involving a worldwide deployment of an SAPS / 4HANA global design with US localization geography.

Specific SAP modules required : Material Management (MM)Inventory Management (IM) Quality Management (QM) LogisticsExecution (LE) is required.

Must be experiencedwith these modules in a complex OEM Aviation Aerospace &Defense Manufacturing environment.

Tier 1experience in a similar Supplier / OEM ecosystem is required butexperience in Industrial Products (Caterpillar John Deere etc.) isalso applicable.

Must understand the processesfor Procurement logistics services and outside manufacturingservices.

Quick response EDI experience in aJIT door to floor environment feeding a manufacturing OEM line.

Some knowledge of Import / Export as it relatesto purchasing is a plus. Knowledge of Defense Priorities andAllocations System (DPAS) Program flowdown is a plus.

QM as it relates to incoming inspection also aplus.
