Job Description

Pay Rate : $13.44 / hour

Procom Services is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a contract in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide Level-1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs with OEM vendors and manage returns.
  • Maintain software configurations and support software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects and perform routine maintenance and support tasks.
  • Support employees with technical issues via on-site or remote support (VPN).
  • Escalate issues appropriately and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Participate in training and develop support procedures.

    • Qualifications :

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification recommended.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed.
