Join a thriving and patient-centered practice in San Bernardino, CA , where you’ll have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages — from children to seniors — in a collaborative, outpatient-only setting. We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) who is adaptable, compassionate, and excited to be part of a supportive team committed to quality care.

Position Highlights :

  • Outpatient only – no hospital responsibilities
  • Diverse patient panel – pediatrics through geriatrics
  • Realistic daily volume : 11–14 patients per shift (target up to 25)
  • Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends or in-clinic holiday coverage
  • Phone call coverage only, shared one week / month

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active California PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience with both pediatric and adult populations preferred
  • Open to well-rounded new graduates with strong clinical training
  • A strong communicator and collaborative team player

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • CME : 40 hours off + $2,500 annual allowance
  • Malpractice coverage included under group policy
  • Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience
