Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Membership Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of the golf industry.
This role is crucial in managing member relations, handling inquiries, and supporting the growth and retention of our membership base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Member Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current members, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Membership Sales : Promote membership benefits and assist potential members through the sign-up process, including conducting tours, explaining membership packages, and processing applications.
- Member Retention : Implement and manage programs to enhance member satisfaction and retention, including regular follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Event Coordination : Assist in organizing and executing member events, tournaments, and social functions, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate member records, process renewals and updates, and handle various administrative duties related to membership services.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or membership role, preferably within the golf industry or a similar leisure environment.
- Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of golf and golf club operations is preferred. Knowledge of CRM software and membership management systems is a plus.
- Attitude : Positive, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
