Join our team as an Amazon Delivery Driver. ARMM Logistic is based in Milpitas. You'll play a vital role in delivering packages for Amazon to residential and commercial locations in Milpitas and San Jose.
JOB DETAILS :
- $24.50 to $26.00 base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
- Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 10 : 30a to 7 : 00 / 8 : 30p.
- Opportunity to earn up to $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
- $1000 bonus paid out over initial months (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
- Quarterly retention bonuses based on tenure.

- Paid training provided.
- We have operations 7 days per week. Full-time employees will work 4 to 5 days / week.
- Required to work at least one weekend day.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 21 years of age and above.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents in 3 years).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
