Project Engineer / APM – Land Development Division
A reputable consulting firm is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer / Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead projects within their Land Development Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medium to large-scale development projects for commercial, residential, and municipal clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Lead and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee all phases of project development, including :
Preparation of conceptual and feasibility studies.
