What you'll do

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Agreement Experiences Team, you will own and develop multiple consumer-facing features centered around document interactions.

Your contributions will include writing and owning front-end and back-end code into multiple codebases / products.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.

Responsibility

• Develop performant UI and API code using technologies like React.js and GraphQL
• Integrate seamlessly with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystem
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customers
• Champion and improve development and deployment processes by advocating for best practices and conducting thorough code reviews
• Provide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

What you bring

Basic

• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering
• 1+ years of experience with API design in any OOP language (C# / Java / Node.js)
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
• Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS)

Preferred

• Knowledge and experience in high-scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
• Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC), XML, JSON or Databases
• Experience with Angular.JS
• Experience with Microsoft Azure

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations :

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area) : $145,800 - $214,350 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
