- A stable project pipeline with various types of projects at an established general contractor?
- To start managing an interior build-out and restaurant projects then advance to a multi-year commercial project?
YOU MUST HAVE
- The ability to own your projects while managing the field
- Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Completed at least one ground-up commercial project from inception to close out
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field
