Summary
Facilities Systems Specialist is responsible for managing all Facilities information systems. The role is the primary user for tracking and vendor systems and is responsible for asset allocation, maintaining accurate system data, and all regional invoice processing and corrections.
In addition, the Facilities Specialist works on multiple projects and presentations and assists in training other team members.
What You’ll Do
- Oversees and manages assigned project and / or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
- Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
- Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
- Manage all Facilities information systems including inventory management, invoicing, vendor,and Proshop systems
- Provide regional staff with Facilities system trainings
- Serve as primary and active user for all Facilities Systems
- Track costs and provide invoicing support for the region
- Analyze and identify trends within the region

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently
Required Education, Certifications / Licenses, Related Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field 3
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
