This role involves generating accurate estimates for residential track homes and multi-family residential projects, managing material take-offs, and ensuring project success from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities : -Generate Estimates : Develop detailed and accurate estimates for residential track homes and multi-family residential projects.

• Material Take-offs : Produce comprehensive material take-offs to support project requirements.-Create Pull Sheets : Develop pull sheets based on estimates and changing material needs to ensure efficient project execution.
• Estimate Revisions : Revise existing residential estimates for accuracy and adjust for material cost and supply changes.
• Inventory Management : Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to set minimum and maximum material levels for the New Construction Division.
• Field Visits : Conduct field visits to validate pricing, ensure accuracy, and identify areas for process improvement.Qualifications : -Proven experience in electrical estimating and project management, specifically in residential and multi-family residential projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.-Ability to produce detailed material take-offs and create accurate estimates.
• Proficient in using estimation and project management software.-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
• Ability to conduct field visits and validate project requirements.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
