Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and execute user engagement strategies and experiences for our consumer-facing product.

This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data analytics, and product design best practices to create compelling and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with research, UX design, behavioral science, and engineering to discover and develop engaging experiences to boost user activity and retention.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of engagement features and use data to iterate and improve.
  • Analyze user research and behavioral data to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop and deploy engagement tactics, such as personalization, gamification, nudges, rewards, and irrational decision-making processes, to enhance user interactions and develop business models on meaningful interactions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining product roadmaps and key product metrics; ensure compliance with legal and security standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years in software product management with demonstrated success in implementing features and strategies that drive user engagement and retention;

must have consumer product experience.

  • Good understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in digital products, ideally across diverse demographics and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Data-driven critical thinker with experience in AB testing and analytics tools to evaluate and optimize product changes and features.
  • Experience driving successful implementation and delivery of initiatives that span multiple development teams in an agile environment.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product requirements and priorities to development teams and ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills across a wide range of audiences and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with consumer-facing web and mobile healthcare products.
  • Demonstrated user behavioral change in a consumer facing digital product.
  • Experience with shaping products in complex regulatory and policy environments.
  • Experience with Pendo.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $184,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
