High Performing Network (HN) is looking for a graduate student resident to gain healthcare workplace experience by providing the intern opportunities to carry out specific projects and processes with the support and direction of staff in health network operations.

Resident projects and opportunities will extend into PHN and Providence St. Joseph Health Network (PSJHN), in areas such as quality and utilization management, network contracting and communication, business development and strategy, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications :

Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field; degree must be completed within agreed upon timeframe, as noted in offer letter or equivalent educ / experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred

About the Team

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.

Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
