Part-Time Receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and performing various clerical duties. Your role includes maintaining the front desk area, greeting and directing customers to appropriate areas, and answering and directing incoming calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage incoming calls.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and directing them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas.
• Contact salespersons for customers when required.
• Order necessary supplies when authorized by managers.
• Perform other clerical duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the dealership.
• Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.

Work Environment

The position is located in NE Salem at a dealership offering Toyota, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Nissan vehicles. You will work Monday through Friday from 2 : 50 PM to 8 PM, with mandatory Saturday shifts from 7 : 50 AM to 2 PM or 1 : 50 PM to 8 PM. Additionally, you are required to work two Sundays a month from 10 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 7 PM. Initial training will be conducted during the day for five days and will include three days of closing shifts. The work environment is dynamic, and there are growth opportunities within the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50 / hr.
