Job Title : Administrator Construction Manager

Job Description :
- The Administrative Construction Manager oversees OSP Construction activities, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and compliance with regulations.
- Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating projects with municipalities, utilities, and departments.
- Collaboration with various teams including Construction Supervisors and Engineers is necessary.
- Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, material management, reporting, and attending meetings.
Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with permitting requirements and project scheduling.
- Conduct pre and post-project inspections.
- Manage materials and utilize necessary processes.
- Ensure accurate reporting and maintain records.
- Attend pre-construction meetings and monitor expenditures.
- Investigate and report plant damage.
Required Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards and Practices.
- Minimum five years of OSP construction and splicing experience.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations.
- Physical ability to work outdoors and occasional travel.
- Valid driver's license required.
