Geisinger Medical Center Muncy is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Muncy, PA.
Job Duties :

Forty-minute appointments for our senior patient population
Daily huddles with all care team members to review essential information about schedules, patients, resource needs, and coordination of care
Pharmacists to assist with patient education and medication management

Increased access to care by means of eVisits, patient portals, and Geisinger’s ConvenientCare urgent care clinics
