DAJXIB-Assembler B -Electrical

Aerotek Aviation is looking for electrical assemblers in Charleston, SC.

We are seeking an Assembler B - Electrical to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations.

Suitable candidates will have ONE year of direct Aerospace Systems Experience as a minimum requirement, and preferably have 3 years of solid Aerospace Systems Experience.

The daily work includes routing of wire harness, building connectors, splicing wires, crimping, terminating wires, installing connectors to receptacles and electronic components, and performing repairs, rework processes to incorporate authorized changes outlined by engineering instructions.

The candidate should also have experience in fiber optic clean and inspection, light loss testing and installation, bond & ground including CRNs, jumpers, ground stud installation & resistance testing.

The candidate is responsible for verifying installations of assemblies by team members as an MFPP Quality delegated MT, inspecting to ensure First Pass Quality (FPQ) is attained per engineering drawings and specifications, and verifying and ensuring FAA compliance with Quality Management System.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Pay : $25 local / $28.50 per diem

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NORTH CHARLESTON, SC.

1st, 2nd, 3rd. Overtime is scheduled based on business needs and may include weekend hours. Training completion is a condition of employment.
