Reviews order for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness. Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups.
Provides drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public. Qualifications : EducationPharmacy Required Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice Graduate of accredited Pharmacy program;
eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice ExperienceResidency preferred Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed Pharmacist in the state of practice Required or eligible for licenseBoard Certification preferred Physical Requirements : Allied Health
