Responsibilities :
We are hiring for the following positions :
Full Time Nights
Part Time Evenings - Experienced RN's Only
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

2S Med-Surg / Telemetry Unit :
30-bed unit with capabilities for telemetry cardiac monitoring.
The most frequent diagnoses for the medical patients are cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, diabetes, and infectious processes.
The surgical patients represent a variety of specialties including, but not limited to general surgery, GYN, ENT and urology surgeries.
Cardiovascular intervention / procedural patients (post cardiac catheterization, stent, and cardiac device placement, etc.
are often placed on this unit.
