Procedures : Embolizations : Visceral GI bleed, Uterine Artery, Prostate, Liver Chemo; Port insertion / removal, nephrostomy tube insertion, IVC filter placement / retrieval, Biliary stent placement / check / exchange, Vascular Stent placement, Angioplasty, Venacavagram, G / J tube insertion / check / exchange, Double J Stent placement, Suprapubic insertion, Fistulagram, Fistula declot, CO2 Angiogram, Venogram, Trifusion insertion, Pleurex Catheter insertion (Chest and Abdominal) PICC insertion / exchange, Perm catheter insertion, Vasacath insertion, Hickman insertion, Hohn insertion, Transjugular Liver Biopsy, Sheath Pull (Arterial and Venous)? Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and / or Insurance : o ARRT(R) requiredo BLS requiredo Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI)
