Job Description :
We are growing and looking for someone who is dedicated, loyal, and who excels in a team setting. This full-time hourly position is responsible for sewing garments for production and monitoring the quality of the final item.
Industrial sewing machine experience is A PLUS. Need to be willing to work overtime as needed.
Radians is willing to train anyone with a sincere interest in learning to sew safety apparel. Sewing Test required to be considered.

6 : 30am-3pm; 6am-2 : 30pm; 7am-3 : 30pm (Mon-Fri)

- Read and interpret work instructions·
- Verify fabrics, threads, and parts·
- Operate industrial sewing equipment to assemble product
- Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions·
- Record Quantities produced
- Inspect Product for defects and mark errors as necessary
- Be willing to cross-train in various manufacturing areas
- Have a good attendance record.

- Leer e interpretar las instrucciones de trabajo
- Verificar telas, roscas y piezas
- Operar equipos de costura industrial para ensamblar el producto·
- Supervise el funcionamiento de la máquina para detectar problemas como costuras defectuosas, roturas en el hilo o mal funcionamiento de la máquina
- Récord cantidades producidas
- Inspeccione el producto en busca de defectos y marque los errores según sea necesario·
- Estar dispuesto a entrenar en varias áreas de fabricación
- Tener un buen registro de asistencia.
