About The Role
Docubee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we seek a highly proficient lead generation expert specializing in digital marketing campaigns, outbound tactics, and funnel optimization.
The ideal candidate boasts an impressive history of conceiving and executing successful campaigns that consistently yield high-quality leads for sales.
Proficiency in refining and adapting programs based on data-driven insights is a must. Additionally, we seek someone who excels in collaborative efforts with sales teams, product managers, marketing, and technology experts to position Docubee strategically.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in working with the Sr.
PMM to bring the identified ICP, messaging, and positioning to market. They will support the development of compelling and creative content to power highly effective campaigns.
Success is reflected by filling the pipeline with qualified in-market leads, increasing MQL conversion rates, and exceeding revenue goals.
Ways You Will Contribute to Our Collective Success
- Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively.
- Create and execute digital and outbound lead-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including but not limited to Google and affiliates, email marketing, ABM, PPC, PPL, social media, and new marketing channels.
- Initiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel to become sales-ready leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience, and ensure proper reporting and tracking of lead activity.
- Manage paid digital agency; oversee priorities, campaigns, budget, and deliverables
- Measure, analyze, interpret, and report on the impact of campaign activities on the influenced pipeline, database growth, deal cycle acceleration, and other KPIs.
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, quality, resources, and budget to prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
- Experienced interfacing with sales, marketing, and product teams to build successful and impactful lead-gen campaigns.
- Responsible for defining and creating documentation related to tracking the digital marketing and outbound tactics for the Docubee lead funnel.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize the self-service journey to conversion
The Background and Experience You Need to Support Success
- Bachelor's Degree or greater in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience successfully creating and managing lead generation programs for SaaS solutions.
- Hubspot Certified (Prefered)
- Ability to build strategy and execute programming to deliver on goals and expectations.
- Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail are critical.
- Efficient project management experience. You have a strong track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g. 6Sense, Demandbase, Terminus) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools Hubspot, Salesforce, or related technology preferred.
- Experience with enterprise data analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or related technology.
- Experience managing marketing agencies is a plus.
- Certifications and / or continued education related to digital and outbound lead generation for Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Superior written and verbal communicator, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills are critical.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and in a high-performing team environment.
- Possess a demonstrated ability to multi-task and accommodate changing priorities within compressed timelines.
- Ability to think creatively and independently to produce new ideas and concepts.
