Job Duties :
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and respond to customer requests
- Assist Operations Department with all post install service calls and technician visits
- Assist with updating customer database after service visits are completed
- Customer service and follow up calls to customers
- Accurately and promptly enter customer information into the customer database
- Coordinate and order material needed for technician visits
- Work closely with the installation team to assist them in troubleshooting remotely during the commissioning process
- Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the goals of the company.
