13 weeks Days 8-hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
This is an outpatient orthopedic position; the primary caseload is adults and older adults. Enjoy 45-minute treatment times, professional camaraderie, and a supportive and dynamic therapy environment.
We have a newly remodeled and well-equipped outpatient facility located on the campus of a 16-bed critical access hospital.
NOTE : This is a 13-week contract, but the manager is very interested in applicants who are willing to extend it to 26 weeks, if possible.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
- Must have at least 1 year of Rehabilitation therapy experience
Licenses, Certifications, and / or Registration :
- A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS / BCLS is required.
EMR System : EPIC experience desired
Shift : Days (0800-1630) no weekends
