Responsable de la lnea de herramientas de medicin de Bosch en el mercado mexicano, con objetivo claro de ganar market share, sostener margen y ampliar distribucin.
- Responsable por la Lnea de Medicin en Mexico.
- Implementar acciones y orientaciones regionales y globales de la Business Unit MT, garantizando plazos y efectividad.
- Ser el guardin de ventas y rentabilidad de la lnea MT en Mexico.
- Promover comercialmente los productos : promociones, campaas, precios, portfolio, etc.
- Aumentar la participacin de mercado de MT en el retail y online, abriendo canales, clientes y ganando listings en clientes actuales.
- Interfaz entre ventas y marketing Latinoamrica.
- Dar seguimiento a los KPIs de la lnea MT y derivar acciones correctivas.
- Crear instrumentos a los vendedores de para que trabajen la lnea MT y se enfoquen en ella.
- Actuar con logstica para proveer previsiones mensuales de ventas, permitiendo alta disponibilidad y niveles sanos de inventario.
- Conducir proyectos y programas que soporten la construccin del mercado para MT en el pas.
- Proponer acciones para expandir el mercado junto a usuarios.
Requisitos
- Perfil estratgico, con habilidades comerciales y analtico.
- Fuerte relacionamiento interpersonal y habilidad para trabajar en constante colaboracin con rea comercial y marketing.
- Ser un agente de cambios y transformacin con capacidad de persuadir y influenciar a los dems.
- Experiencia mnima de 5 aos en gestin de lnea de productos con actuacin en empresas de consumo.
- Ingls Avanzado - Indispensable
