job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEvaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, injuries, and functional abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual techniques Educate patients and their families about proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and exercises for home care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Provide compassionate care and support throughout the rehabilitation process Active Physical Therapy License in the state of Montana Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program CPR / BLS Certification required Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Located in northwestern Montana, Havre is known for its small-town charm and welcoming community Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy activities like hiking, fishing, and camping in the nearby Bear Paw Battlefield and Rocky Boy's Reservation Havre offers access to big skies and wide open spaces , perfect for those who appreciate the beauty of Montana's natural landscapes.
