This location is brand new!
Requirement :
- Kitchen Supervisor Experience : 3 - 5 year (Required)
- Must be able to manage inventory, ordering, and hiring.
- Must have interest with Japanese culture and food.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to have problem solving skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have a great organizational skills as well as communication skills.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.
- Evaluate, schedule, and assign kitchen duties for kitchen staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to drive to work.
- Must be authorized to work in United States.
