About The Position

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Per Diem Opportunity

Location : Worcester, MA

Start Date : ASAP ongoing

Shift : Flexible start and stop times available 24 / 7

Overview

A high-volume anesthesia care team in Worcester is seeking CRNA coverage for a per diem shift. CRNAs are medically supervised and integrated into a diverse team of over 160 clinical providers across multiple surgical specialties including transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiac, and orthopedics. The practice spans several locations including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and GI centers.

Responsibilities

Participate in pre-anesthesia assessments

Obtain and verify patient consent

Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients

Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitor patient physiological condition throughout procedures

Provide clinical interventions as needed

Requirements

Open to providers with or without a Massachusetts license

Facility Details

CRNAs are medically supervised

No AAs in the practice

CRNAs do not perform regional blocks (physicians handle these)

EPIC EMR system

Locations may include general, OB, trauma, and ambulatory settings

Credentialing for multiple sites may be required under one arrangement

Additional Information

No call required

Shift types include 12, 16, 18, and 24-hour options

No overtime
