As an Employment Law Litigation Paralegal, you will :

Responsibilities :

• Ensure a high-quality of customer service in interacting with clients by phone or video conference.
• Prepare, revise, and edit pleadings, motions and discovery responses
• Prepare for arbitration, mediation, and trials under attorney direction
• Ensure accuracy of information in case management system
• Organize and manage electronic case files
• Maintain calendars and monitor deadlines
• Attend to general administrative responsibilities and incoming telephone calls

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-6 years of experience in a law firm environment with experience in civil litigation
• Proficiency with case management systems, legal databases, and electronic filing systems
• Excellent written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Demonstrated team collaboration experience
• Professional interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards
• Strong organizational skills
