We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who will also handle sales tasks. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and assisting with sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be personable, trainable, and eager to contribute to our long-standing client relationships.
- Base Salary : $17 / hour
- Commission : 4% - up to 10%

Responsibilities
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
- Assist clients in evaluating renewal options and making informed decisions.
Requirement
- License : Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Preferred candidate would have previous sales or service experience. Willing to consider someone who is newly licensed.
Must be willing to learn the insurance industry.
- Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
- Trainable, coachable, and a people person.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
