Job Title : Manager, Loan Operations QCSS (Quality Control & Shared Services)
This position is an on-site position with work from home flexibility.
Summary :
The Manager of Loan Operations Quality Control and Shared Services (QCSS) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of loan operations processes.
This position plays a role in managing loan quality, assessing compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
The Director of Loan Operations-QCSS is integral to maintaining high standards of loan operations, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control and compliance programs for loan operations.
- Establish procedures to monitor, assess, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead and manage the Loan Operations-QCSS team, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
- Oversee the review of loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supports audits, exams and other assessments.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements based on findings.
- High level of understanding of loan functions such as : payments, amortization schedules, interest rate adjustments, escrow, etc.
- Knowledge of complex credit structures, participation reporting / servicing and investor reporting.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to assess and validate compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and analyze reports related to loan operations quality control and compliance performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and compliance committees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within loan operations and quality control functions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to optimize quality control and compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with credit, lending, technology, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and effective loan operations.
- Develop training programs to educate loan operations teams on compliance standards and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to enhance compliance knowledge.
- Collaborate with Loan Production and Lending teams and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer experiences related to loan operations.
- Lead change management efforts related to process improvements, compliance enhancements, and technology implementations.
- Carries out responsibilities in a manner consistent with our values and operating principles, in accordance with policy and applicable laws, and with a commitment to commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence.

Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Minimum : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
Required Knowledge / Skills :
- Strong understanding of loan operations processes, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies, regulatory compliance, and operational analysis.
- Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance in lending operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Experiences :
- Minimum : Eight years of experience in loan operations, quality control, compliance, or related roles.
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
