Job Summary :
Home Health Works is seeking a full-time HHA / CNA to join our team in Largo.
As an individual contributor, the HHA / CNA will be responsible for providing quality care to our clients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
This is a full-time position with a salary and benefits package.
Compensation & Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $17 to $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
In addition, the HHA / CNA will be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities :
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, which may include bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes
Accompany clients to appointments or outings, as requested
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements :
Active certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
Prior experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
