CSP, Inc. is seeking a passionate and energetic Network Engineer to provide technical expertise to our growing client-base.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys making strategic recommendations, working with a broad set of clients, and engaging with people.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) :

• Design and implement networks for our clients (predominantly Cisco Meraki)
• Serve as an escalation resource to CSP’s help desk for advanced troubleshooting needs
• Optimize client IT environments through root-cause analysis, technical consultation, and implementation of best practices
• Provide technical leadership for the future of our networking practice

Qualifications (What We Need from You) :

• 5+ years progressive experience in the implementation and support of IT networks
• Experience working with Cisco Meraki
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Critical thinking skills to analyze a company’s IT environment and make prudent recommendations for improvement
• Ability to analyze, research and lead the trouble-shooting efforts of complex IT problem
• Ability to positively contribute to a dynamic and exciting team environment
