Who We're Looking For : A local Colorado editor who lives and breathes direct response video. You're not here to make just "pretty" videos—you're here to make videos that sell. You understand viewer psychology, know how to hook attention in seconds, and have proven experience creating VSLs, upsell videos, promotional content, and sales funnels that actually convert cold traffic into customers.

You're NOT Right If : You

• just
• edit "pretty" videos, artistic content, weddings, corporate videos, or anything that prioritizes "cinematic beauty" over results. We don't want generalists—we want a direct response assassin who can work in-person in Colorado.

You ARE Right If : You're obsessed with conversion metrics, understand the science of attention retention, and have a proven track record of sales videos that actually convert (not just look good). You want to become our secret weapon—starting part-time (20-25 hours / week) in our Colorado office, creating everything from 70-minute VSLs to 5-minute upsell videos to social media promotional content that drives action.

What You'll Be Creating : Long-form VSLs that convert cold traffic, upsell videos that maximize customer value, promotional videos for social media campaigns, email marketing videos, testimonial compilations, product demo videos, and sales funnel content across the entire customer journey. Every piece of content has one goal : drive measurable results.
