Average first year in this role is $75,000 - $95,000 with a fast track into this role in 60 days and an opportunity to then fast track again into a Director role with us after 9 months in the Supervising position, average first year being $105,000-$175,000 in that position in what would be year two.
10% Vesting each year to be fully vested for our retirement program at 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base.
- Supervision of team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Daily focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development

- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Requirements:
- Must have a clean background and reliable transportation.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
