Overview

Job Description

  • Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, such as technical scopes, communications plans, deployment schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Track and report on project status, focusing on scope, milestones, resource usage, timelines, budget, and adherence to security and quality standards
  • Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to gather technical inputs and translate them into accessible, high-quality documentation
  • Collaborate with operational and development leads to manage secure documentation repositories and ensure proper version control and centralized access
  • Review and validate deliverables—such as architecture diagrams, security controls, and audit logs—for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client and regulatory expectations

Maintain thorough, audit-ready documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure a seamless handover to support or operational teams at project completion

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or a similar high-tech field
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies
  • Experience in regulated and secure industries (e.g., defense, critical infrastructure, financial services)
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint protection, IAM, cloud security, and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and organize complex technical information
  • Proven success working on multiple concurrent projects in a multicultural, distributed environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, Confluence, Jira, and document control tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation lifecycles from initiation to delivery
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation planning
