Seeking BE / BC family medicine or internal medicine / peds physician to join our urgent care plus practices in Louisville. KY.

• Shifts are 12 hour and require evenings, 8am to 8pm.
• 3 shifts a week (156 a year) can work more if desired.
• There is a weekend rotation requirement.
