Position Details :
Maxey Elementary School is seeking to hire a computer science teacher for the 2024-2025 school year that a commits to excellence in education.
Our candidate will possess an ability to establish a strong classroom environment that supports highly engaging instruction and they will need to work collaboratively with multiple team members in order to ensure the highest level of support and learning.

Maxey is seeking a candidate that wants to spark students’ curiosity about what can be created with various technology tools while building their creative confidence!
A strong candidate for this position would have exceptional instructional and classroom management skills, demonstrate effective communication skills and strong academic / curriculum skills, use assessment to drive instruction, provide quality feedback to all learners, as well as a desire to teach in a culturally rich school environment.
