Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train RBTs and support staff remotely.
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families to provide training and support.
- Stay updated with best practices and ensure compliance.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in behavior assessment and intervention.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficient with virtual tools and technology.
