About Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH) :
Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over years.
Part of the Manatee Healthcare System, the hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval. The -bed hospital with over physicians, residents and allied health professionals, offers advanced healthcare services in a caring and compassionate environment.
Services include cardiac care and cardiovascular medicine, emergency care for all ages, surgery services including robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci® Surgical System, a weight loss program, orthopedic services, outpatient and inpatient radiology and rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care and women’s and children’s services.
Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs.
Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others.
Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs, and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes, and reviews and audits documentation.
Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission, and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

Job Information :
This opportunity is for a full-time Clinical Leader (RN) position with the Women and Children's unit
5 years experience in specialty, required
1-3 years supervisory experience, preferred

Qualifications
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
- BSN, required
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS through American Heart Association
- Current ACLS through American Heart Association
- Specialty Certification : Certification in area of specialty
