Our team of certified civil trial attorneys are dedicated to defending those who have been mistreated. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with NJ civil litigation experience that is certain plaintiffs’ employment and plaintiffs’ civil litigation is the right career choice for them.

Requirements :

• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school with an active bar membership in NJ
• 2+ years of NJ civil litigation experience including client communication, motions, discovery, deposition, client intake, trial preparation, etc.
• Experience in plaintiff or defense within any area of civil litigation including, but not limited to : employment, civil rights, personal injury, commercial litigation, consumer litigation, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong legal writing and organization skills
• An understanding of how to be empathetic with clients

Bonus Experience :

• Plaintiff experience in NJ litigation within injury, civil right, or employment rights cases
• Admitted in PA and / or NY

Compensation : The compensation rate for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 - 110,000 annually.
