Job Description

As a Sales Engineer you will be a highly technical client facing POC. Someone with prior engineering experience who has transitioned into sales would be a great fit.

Seeking experience with metrology.

  • Responsible for market analysis and identification of new business opportunities within new and existing accounts.
  • Translate uncovered needs into practical applications for the Company's products.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Highly technical aptitude and ability to explain complex solutions in a simple manner.
  • Responsible for contributing to the market strategy and formulation of new product offerings with the team and the business leaders..
  • Develop market models, identify emerging opportunities, and contribute to the overall product road map strategy.
  • Design and develop complex technical solutions within the electronics, semiconductor, industrial manufacturing.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to execute on projects.
  • Attend trade shows to represent company, build a network and work with leads.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
  • 5 years of technical experience with Metrology solutions.
  • 3+ years of client facing experience in technical sales capacity.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to sell independently.
  • Highly analytical problem solver.
  • Excellent written a verbal communication.
