Chipton-Ross is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.
This position is 100% ONSITE.
DURATION : 6 months with possible extension / direct hire
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Seeking an energized, customer focused contractor to assist our on-site Account Management team during our peak season with a variety of task-oriented projects in support of our internal customers.
A successful candidate is detail-oriented, well organized, and able to effectively manage multiple assigned projects under short timelines, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist on-site BBE Account Management Team, with seasonal workload increase to support our internal customer needs.
- Assist on-site BBE Account Managers, placing stock merchandise order for customer requests.
- Assist with receiving merchandise transfers at loading dock, counting received merchandise for accuracy, moving inventory between buildings and merchandising BBE’s stock merchandise inventory to support BCA customer’s needs.
- Assist BBE Account Management and Allocations Teams to ensure required merchandise minimums are always in stock on-site.
- Ability to lift / move boxes, not to exceed 35 lbs. per box.
- Coordinate with BBE Account Management Team to prepare gifts bags for internal customers.
- Prepare customer gift bag requests on a daily basis. (De-price gifts, assemble gift bags per customer’s expectations, have gift bags ready for customer pick-up at the required pick-up time)
- Package parcels for domestic and international shipping, create shipping labels, and complete all shipping / delivery requirements as requested by customer
- Arrange transportation pick-up and delivery of gift bags as directed by Account Management Team.
- Maintain an organized, clean office and storage locations that offers a welcoming environment for internal customers.
- Assist Boeing Store Travel Team to process freight and reverse logistics after the travel events (no travel required).
- Provide an excellent customer service experience.
HARD REQUIREMENTS :
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- One years of retail operations experience
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Previous inventory experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to brief stakeholders of project status

EDUCATION :
High school diploma or Accredited GED and 1-2 years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TRAVEL : YES
Domestic travel required : Only within the Puget sound area.
FULL TIME / FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
