Responsibilities - Business Development Representative :
- Responsible for answering all internet leads and setting appointments.
- Keep track of all new leads, appointment set, appointments show, and lost leads on the customer tracking form.
- Keep track of customer's names who have shown and sold, the location, and the vehicle they inquired about on the monthly customer sheet.
- When scheduling an appointment for your lead marking that appointment in ADP and then inform the sales manager of that location with the appointment day, time and customer information either through email or phone call.
- Saturday if the department is receiving no leads you may choose to leave early, but this is your choice.
There will no making up time for hours lost.
Qualifications - Business Development Representative :
- Ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to learn parts department computer system Working knowledge of automotive BOC department Valid driver's license and acceptable with the company Insurance carrier.
- Must be 18 years of age
