Sports Travel Agent (Virtual) - Entry Level

Position Overview :
As a Sports Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking sports-related travel experiences.
You will work closely with our team to create custom itineraries that include attending major sports events, exploring local culture, and enjoying top-notch accommodations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and interests, ensuring a personalized travel experience
- Research and recommend sports events and destinations that align with clients' interests
- Handle booking arrangements for flights, hotels, tickets, and transportation
- Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their trips
- Stay updated on sports events, travel trends, and destination information
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing travel documents, itineraries, and invoices
