Position Overview :
Top Shop Stone, a leader in high-quality stone countertop and cladding solutions, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for both residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial guidelines are met.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing leadership and support to project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance project opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Experience in Countertop / Surface Cladding and / or Millwork (Division 6) is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, identifying and solving problems before they adversely affect performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace.
